Instructions:
When you have selected a living environment suitable to you, and you are ready to rent, please follow Steps 1-3 below:
- STEP 1: A completed application must be submitted online or dropped off to Head Office: 20 Brooklyn Drive, Bible Hill.
- STEP 2: Once approved, a security deposit equal to ½ months’ rent is required prior to signing the lease (this will secure the unit). The security deposit can be paid by cash or debit at Head Office.
- STEP 3: An appointment must be scheduled to sign your lease prior to receiving your keys. Our units have a one year lease attached.
Monthly Rental Payment:
Your monthly rental payment will be made through automatic withdraw from your bank account. It will be necessary to fill out a pre-authorized debit form prior to, or upon signing your lease agreement.
Communication:
Upon signing your lease agreement, the provision of an email address, should one be available, will be required. Wallace Living uses email to communicate with tenants regarding issues, and/or information of importance related to your living environment.
Eastlink:
Our lease agreement offers free installation, from Eastlink, for your phone, cable and internet, should you require these services during your tenancy.
