Alright Wallace Living residents, here’s the deal on the new “Roll for Rent!”
As our way of saying thank you for your residency, each month, your building and unit number will be entered in to a draw for your chance to win the next month’s rent free!*
All draws will occur on the 1st of each month, starting December 1st, 2013.
The winning building and unit number will be posted on the Wallace Living website prior to day’s end on the 1st of each month. Winners will be notified in-person, or via phone, prior to their building and unit number being posted online.
What’s the hitch you ask? There is none! You simply have to be a Wallace Living resident, and signed to a minimum one-year lease.
Now, let’s start rolling…!
*The winner is entitled to free rent for the month during which the draw is made, with the rent amount being equal to the apartment’s current rental rate, up to a maximum of $795 (the lesser of the two).
